SPECIFICATIONS:

PanOptic Ophthalmoscope REF 11820

  • Provides a 25 degree field of view opposed to a 5 degree from a regular ophthalmoscope, plus you get a 5x larger view of the fundus.
  • Uses halogen light for truer tissue colour and consistent long-lasting performance.
  • Welch Allyn’s Axial PointSource optics produce a shadow-free spotlight and easier entry into dilated pupils.
  • Five apertures to use, including a silt and three sizes. These can be combined with a red-free filter for better eye examinations.
  • Smoothly and precisely adjust the focus from -25 to +20 diopters with an easy to reach focusing wheel.
  • Screen out ambient light by using the patient eye cup which also helps maintain proper viewing distance.
  • Vary the power of illumination with a smooth turn of the rheostat handle.
