This item is in good condition. Everything works as Manufacturer intended. We reconditioned both Batteries just in case. Has 12″ i-Level plus Q-Logic 3 with Bluetooth and TRU-Balance 4. Only 62 Miles Total. Left side of armrest is missing small piece on the side of it not where arms rest. Can be replaced with brand new ones for cheap. NO CHARGER INCLUDED
